YP Barre
55 min-All levels class
Our signature class. A beautiful blend of Yoga, strength training, Pilates and ballet fundamentals. Tone muscles both on mat and at the barre. No-impact, all fitness levels welcome. Props like light weights, balls, resistance bands, rollers and the ballet barre are used to stretch, tone and sculpt. Each class finishes with Pilates core conditioning and our custom stretch and relaxation for a long-lean physique.
Tabata Pilates
30-min-All levels class
We take the Tabata timed interval method that alternates between 20-second intervals performed at maximum effort and 10-second stages of rest, repeated for the ultimate workout. Cardio, Pilates and strength with safe alignment and completely beginner friendly.
*This 30 minutes class will incorporate classic Pilates equipment, suspension pilates pulley trainers and more!
Mat Pilates

CORE Yoga + Pilates

CORE Yoga + Pilates. A beautiful blend of our favorites from Power Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga. With a strong focus on lengthening your muscles, sculpting and restoring the core and increasing flexibility.
Candlelight Yin Yoga
55-min- All Levels class
Candlelight Yoga is a peaceful, restorative way to wind down your day. A slower-paced Yin Yoga class with restorative postures and gentle movements. Yoga blankets, bolsters, blocks, essential oils and breath work are some of the tools used in conjunction with restorative Yin Yoga asanas to melt away stress. This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight and is suitable for all levels - especially beginners, yogis that need a little more relaxation and anyone looking for relaxation.
Stretch Series
45 min-All levels class
Stretching and Flexibility techniques from Yoga, Pilates, Physical therapy and Barre to stretch and restore. The STRETCH Series begins with a focus on connective tissue and ends with active-hands on stretching assist that reset movement.
It's ideal to move through after a workout or to simply relax. No matter your fitness level or lifestyle, you’ll experience increased range of motion, released tension, improved circulation and fewer injuries. Aiding in recovery, by increasing the flow of fresh, oxygenated blood to the muscles and surrounding tissues, this series decreases the healing and recovery time of worked muscles. With a focus on building flexibility, increasing range of motion and restoring and aligning both mind and body this hands-on class is a perfect complement to every body.
