HIIT the Pilates Barre

HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training ) meets Pilates and Barre. A level up from our signature Barre Redefined class. This class is a circuit-style workout that is one of the most popular training methods used in the fitness industry today. This class uses TRX, the ballet barre and light weights with high repetition to build your cardiovascular endurance.
Introduction to the class
HIIT the Pilates Barre uses a combination of both Pilates, Stretch training and Cardio. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training. This class promises an added fitness challenge with the use of TRX including a heavy focus on the arms, legs, glutes, and core. Combining strength training exercises and anaerobic conditioning drills. Workouts may be timed (and usually are) with circuits consisting of 4 to 10 exercises performed in multiple rounds.
Schedule and preparation for class
- total body workout. HIIT the Pilates Barre will challenge a wide range of ability levels and backgrounds. If you’ve felt comfortable in our Barre Redefined classes but want a little more, you’re body will love this results based class!
- Signature Stretch. You’ll finish this class with the same stretch and relaxation that you love from our Barre Redefined classes. We believe that stretching is implemental in creating long, lean, healthy muscles. Balance out your mind & body with our Signature Stretch and Savasana.
